POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS: A major credit card is required for your stay. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover are accepted. To reserve your suite more than 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card. This charge is nonrefundable. The remainder of your total will be charged to your credit card 13 days prior to check-in. If your reservation is made less than 14 days from your check-in date, your credit card will be charged for 100% of the cost of your stay, all of which is nonrefundable.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Feel free to check-in any time after 4PM and enjoy the convenience of going straight to your suite upon arrival. Check-out time is 11AM on the day of your departure. More information about the check-in/check-out process will be provided prior to your stay.

GUEST CONDUCT: Please be neighborly and courteous.

PETS: Not permitted.

PARKING: Located behind High Cotton Inn and throughout Gruene Lake Village.

SMOKING: Not permitted. A $200 charge will be added to your bill for smoking anywhere on the premises. Tobacco products can be enjoyed steps away from High Cotton Inn at the cigar shop!

CONTACT INFO: Your contact information will be collected at the time of your reservation. Your information will not be shared with third parties. We invite you to be on our mailing list to receive High Cotton Inn specials.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the suite, daily maid service is not provided. Please clean and store any dishes you use during your stay.

OCCUPANCY: Suites at High Cotton Inn are spacious to allow for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each suite has a maximum occupancy, which we trust our guests to honor. A $100 charge per night will be added to your bill for exceeding the maximum occupancy.

MINIMUM AGE: Children are welcome with the appropriate adult supervision. At least one guest during the entire stay must be 21 years of age or older. By making a reservation, you represent that the above standard will be upheld.

DAMAGE: Accidents happen. However, excess cleaning or repairs will be billed to your credit card as management sees appropriate. Please let us know of any damage before you leave to avoid surprises.

AND: High Cotton Inn is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. High Cotton Inn is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. By making a reservation, you agree that you are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or loss that occurs to you or your guests or invitees from the use of the premises.

CANCELLATIONS: This is a family business and cancellations hurt. As a result, the cancellation policy is closely followed. To avoid being charged for any outstanding balance not previously charged at reservation, 14 days advance notice is required. If notice of cancellation is not received 14 days prior to check-in the entire cost of your stay is nonrefundable.
